Jennifer Zhou Earns Professional Designation to Better Serve Home Sellers

Jennifer Zhou of RE/MAX Centre Realty in State College, PA has earned the prestigious Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation presented by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB).

The SRS designation is the premier credential in seller representation and was designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is recognized by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.

“Jennifer has elevated her knowledge of the home selling experience and is exceptionally prepared to provide sellers with outstanding quality of service,” said Kate Tosto, Broker of Record of RE/MAX Centre Realty. “Agents like Jennifer, and the thousands of RE/MAX Associates who are already SRS certified, know that extensive education and training is essential to thoroughly represent seller-clients.”

“Home sellers want and appreciate working with a professional real estate agent who is qualified and skilled to represent their unique needs in real estate transactions,” said Zhou, who has more than 4 years of local real estate experience. “Achieving the SRS designation is a significant milestone for me and I’m eager to utilize my elevated skills and expertise when assisting clients market and sell their homes.”

The SRS designation was created in 2006 by three recipients of the NAR Distinguished Service Award: Bruce Aydt, Adorna O. Carroll, and Steve Casper. Under their guidance, the SRS Designation has been awarded to more than 6,000 Realtors® since its inception.

Zhou also has achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. For more information about her or RE/MAX Centre Realty, please visit StateCollegeHomes.com or call (814) 231-8200.
