Local Housing Market Continues to Improve for Sellers


Total property sales in the central Pennsylvania region have increased by 51% from last month, bringing us into the heart of the spring selling season. In Centre County, 524 properties sold at an average price of $229,534 (weighted average) and an average of 68 days on the market. During that same time last year, the number of homes sold also increased from March to April (381 to 577).
