    We were living in California at the time and needed to purchase a home in State College. We had two weeks in State College to find a home. We knew little of the area, but knew what type of home we were looking for. We had a real estate agent lined up to meet with us that was highly recommended but once here she could never find the time to meet. We had only a few days remaining on our trip when we called Rick and Ginger, picked at random, to help us. Boy, are we happy we did!!! Rick and Ginger understood what we wanted exactly. They showed us properties that were in our price range, perfect locations, quality homes and more. In the end, we decided to build and they found us a gorgeous lot with not only beautiful views, but a builder, too. Rick and Ginger are extremely experienced, knowledgeable and professional in real estate. They are also a heck of a lot of fun to be with! They will always be the real estate agents that we highly recommend.
